Symposium on the implementation of the eIDAS-Regulation

On Thursday 22nd June 2017, a Conference on Information Technology in the Judiciary’s symposium on the legal and technical implementation of the eIDAS-Regulation in Germany took place in Berlin einem  zur rechtlichen und technischen Umsetzung der eIDAS-Verordnung in Deutschland statt. Prof. Borges spoke on the subject of "Questions of evidence in relation to Trusted Services".

The Conference on Information Technology in the Judiciary already held a symposium on the eIDAS-Regulation and Trusted Services in 2015. At this symposium, Prof. Borges gave an overview of questions of evidence in Trusted Services. You can find these lecture slides (in German only) here.
