Prof. Dr. Sorge sought to answer these questions at a symposium organised by the Institute of European Media Law in Berlin on 24th April 2017.
Under the title "The will of the people on the internet of Bots and Trolls", the symposium dealt with the recognisability of communication of machines among one another as well as between machines and humans.
