The online commentary on "IT Law", which is jointly edited by Professor Dr. Georg Borges and Dr. Marc Hilber, LL.M. attorney and partner at Oppenhoff & Partner, has been published. The work examines the multifaceted development of IT law, which is constantly undergoing change as a result of digitalization. The detailed work is intended to support lawyers in their everyday practice. The online commentary is now available from the "beck-online" database.

Whether Big Data, Blockchain or Artificial Intelligence - the further new technical developments spread into all areas of life, the more economic and social processes change, compelling the law to evolve in turn. Legal issues arise that require in-depth knowledge of IT law. The online commentary which is updated on an ongoing basis, is thus the ideal medium for the review of IT law. Given the dynamic development of technologies, the medium allows for a permanent and always up-to-date commentary on IT law.

BeckOK IT Law is available from www.beck-online.de.
