German and European Procedural and Employment Law as well as Civil Law

Prof. Dr. Stephan Weth has held the Chair of German and European Procedural Law and Employment Law as well as Civil Law since 1995. The Chair focusses its research on Data Protection for employees, Employment Law in hospitals, the Legal Services Act (»Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz«) and current questions of Civil Procedural Law and Employment Law.
