Globalisation and technological change present enormous challenges for the law. The Institute of Legal Informatics analyses legal issues of information technology and educates lawyers/legal practitioners in how to successfully handle these challenges on a national and international level.
Focus of the Programme
In the »IT-Law in Research and Practice« programme, the employees of the Institute have the chance to gain practical experience of IT-Law in an international company whilst working on their doctoral theses. The goal is to give the employees the chance to acquire practical knowledge in IT-Law in the area of international economic integration, whilst expanding the competences which they gained through academic research.
The traineeship will usually last between one and three months, but the duration as well as the concrete tasks involved will be determined on an individual basis between the employee and the partner company.
Cooperation Partners
The programme started on 1st June 2015 and is supported by co-operating companies. We are proud to announce SAP as our first co-operation partner.
